Our Two-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Machines are designed to offer efficient and targeted cleaning for industries requiring high cleanliness standards in a compact setup. Ideal for small to mid-volume operations, this system provides superior ultrasonic cleaning followed by a rinse stage for optimal results.

�� Purpose:
Cleans delicate and intricate components by removing oils, dirt, fine particles, and manufacturing residues—especially in parts with complex geometries.

�� Function:
Uses high-frequency ultrasonic energy in Tank 1 for deep cleaning, followed by Tank 2 for rinsing (with or without deionized water) to remove loosened contaminants and cleaning solution residues.

  Removes oils, grease, and fine debris using cavitation effect.

• Tank 2 – Rinse Tank
  Eliminates remaining chemicals and particles, ensuring a spotless finish.

Optional:

• Hot air drying chamber (can be added separately if required)
